We’ve posted on this topic (unions using non-union labor to protest non-union companies) repeatedly.
In fact, the most recent case involved the same union as the one below, the Mid-Atlantic Carpenters. In July, it was revealed that the Carpenters’ own union members could not seem to be bothered to picket because of traffic, or parking, or…well, let them tell you:
“For a lot of our members, it’s really difficult to have them come out, either because of parking or something else,” explains Vincente Garcia, a union representative who is supervising the picketing.
Yesterday, however, the Competitive Enterprise Institute’s Vinnie Vernuccio happened upon yet another instance of the Carpenters hiring non-union labor to do their dirty work.[via Michelle Malkin]
And the union hypocrisy goes on.
“I bring reason to your ears, and, in language as plain as ABC, hold up truth to your eyes.” Thomas Paine, December 23, 1776
