Oh, look! The boys are back in town!
The United Auto Workers has teamed with JesseJackson’s Rainbow PUSH Coalition to organize a march in Detroit in late August calling for corporate and government policies that boost job growth in U.S. cities.
The Detroit march is a prelude to an October 2 rally in Washington that is just a month ahead of the U.S. midterm elections that could restructure the balance of power in Congress where the Democrats now have the upper hand in both the U.S. House and the Senate.
JJ & the Gang are the best the UAW could do? Seriously? Kid Rock might have been a better pick.
