Apparently, the fight between Andy Stern and the rest for union movement is not over, despite the fact that he’s gone…or is he?

In Pittsburgh, though, UNITE-HERE loyalists chose to take the don’t walk sign a bit too seriously

Pittsburgh police have arrested 16 people for obstructing roads during a downtown rally by a union vying to represent the city’s hotel and hospitality workers.

The National Labor Relations Board has ruled that Workers United represents the region’s 1,800 workers at hotels, restaurants and sports venues. But Unite Here Local 57 has appealed that decision and more than 100 workers allied with that group rallied Thursday afternoon.

Police spokeswoman Diane Richard says 10 workers and six organizers who blocked a downtown street about 5 p.m. were arrested and issued citations for obstructing a roadway.

Ah, can’t you feel the love?
