Teamsters Local 399 will be in negotiations with film and television studio representatives this weekend to negotiate an annual pay raise for its members.
If the talks fall through, the union, which represents thousands of transportation workers, casting directors, craft workers and others in the movie and television industry, could strike as early as Aug. 1, according to an article in “The Hollywood Reporter.”
