After an election tainted by SEIU shenanigans, the AFL-CIO must be hoping newly-elected governor Scott Walker holds no grudges.
The AFL-CIO in Minnesota wants Scott Walker not to reject federal stimulus money for high speed rail in Wisconsin.
The governor-elect has said the rail line between Milwaukee and Madison would cost the state too much to maintain.
Minnesota labor officials wrote Walker a letter Thursday, saying his decision would hurt the entire Midwest. The AFL-CIO says the high speed rail line would put “tens of thousands” of people back to work.
