Postal Workers Union president indicted for embezzlement

A federal grand jury indicted a Huntsville man for embezzling from the America Postal Workers Union while he was president of a union local in Madison.
The one-count indictment filed in U.S. District Court charges Albert L. Gardner, 48, with embezzling about $12,346 from APWU Local 359 between June 2006 and June 2007.
