The New York Daily News has an update to the story of the UFCW bosses charged with racketeering, extortion, money laundering and witness tampering.

A FORMER union leader who conspired with his father and another relative to extort $1.86 million from employers to ensure labor peacewas sentenced Monday to five years in prison.
Anthony Fazio Jr., 37, who was president of United Food and Commercial Workers Local 348 from January 2010 to November 2011, was found guilty in May of racketeering and extortion.
He was convicted along with his father, Anthony Fazio Sr., 66, president of the local from 1998 to 2009, and his cousin John Fazio, 40, a former vice president from 2000 to 2010.
They are to be sentenced Sept. 13.
