Although he has not declared that he is running for President yet, former Vice President Joe Biden will be rallying Stop & Shop strikers on Thursday.
On Thursday, former Vice President will be rallying UFCW members currently on strike against New England’s most unionized grocer Stop & Shop.
“Biden, Boston Mayor Marty Walsh, and Stop & Shop members from United Food & Commercial Workers Locals 328, 371, 919, 1445, and 1459, will gather at the Stop & Shop at South Bay Center in Dorchester,” according to New 7 Boston.
Over 30,000 UFCW members have been striking Stop & Shop since last Thursday.
The rally will start at 2 pm.
