In addition to being highly unusual, Tesla’s employee handbook is pretty cool.
A few weeks ago, a friend passed along a Business Insider article about Tesla’s employee handbook that was published earlier this year.
In the article, BI embedded a “leaked” copy of “The Anti-Handbook Handbook.”
After reading through it, while some employment attorneys may cringe, it is clear that it is unconventional in its “conversational, sometimes combative tone.”
However, if Tesla’s approach to its employee relations is as cool as it’s handbook, while it may be a demanding company to work for, it’s probably just as fun.
